PermitBid provides construction project lead generation services by aggregating publicly available building permit data and presenting it in a format useful to trade contractors. The Service includes:

• Access to building permit data from multiple jurisdictions
• Trade-specific project relevance scoring
• Contact information when publicly available
• Email notifications for new matching projects

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission

5. Data Accuracy

Building permit information is sourced from public records and may contain errors or be outdated. You should verify all information before relying on it for business decisions.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PermitBid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PermitBid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
